The carrier will leave a note informing you that they will attempt to deliver your parcel on the next working day. You can contact info@aneccosmetics.com in case you want your order to be delivered on a specific time or to change your delivery address.

Upon receiving your order, kindly take a photo of both the shipping box and the product within 24 hours. Send these images to info@aneccosmetics.com, and we will promptly assist you with any issues regarding your order. Please include your order number in the pictures.

ANEC accepts returns of merchandise bought on our website, as long as they are in their original, unopened, and unused condition, within 14 days of the original purchase. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. To initiate a return, please email info@aneccosmetics.com and follow the instructions provided. Customers are responsible for covering shipping fees.
